【摘要】:ThispartofBS5760providesadescriptionoftheprinciplesofthedependabilitycaseandprovidesguidanceonitscontentandapplicationinsystemsengineering.Thedependabilitycasecanbeusedthroughoutthelifecycle,fromconceptanddefinition,throughdesignanddevelopment;manufactureandinstallation,tooperationsandmaintenance;mid?lifeenhancement,andeventualdisposal.WhilstthispartofBS5760isprimarilyintendedforapplicationbythesystemdevelopers,itwillbeofvaluetobodieswhomightbecontractedtomanagethedependabilitycaseforaproject,wheredeemednecessary.ThispartofBS5760hasfivemainclauseswhichdescribe:a)principlesofthedependabilitycase(Clause5);b)developmentofthedependabilitycase(Clause6);c)providingtheevidence(Clause7);d)presentingtheevidence(Clause8);e)assessingtheadequacyoftheevidence(Clause9).Theactivitiesrequiredfortheachievementofdependabilitydependonthenatureanddevelopmentstateofthesystemandarelikelytovarysignificantlyfromoneprojecttoanother.Theguidelinesarenottobeconsideredasbeingprescriptiveinnature:theyaregenericanddonotattempttobeexhaustive.AnnexAdescribesthegeneralrequirementsforthedependabilitycaseanddependabilitycasereportAnnexBprovidesexamplesofdependabilitymanagementrisksatdifferentstagesofasystem’slifecycle.AnnexCprovidesachecklistofpointsforassessingtheadequacyofevidence.Thechecklistisnottobeconsideredtobeprescriptiveorexhaustive;itisgenericandprovidesguidancetosupplementthegenericguidanceprovidedinClause8.AnnexDdescribesthedependabilityriskreductionprocessshowninFigure7usingillustrativeexampleswhereappropriate.AnnexEdescribesthedependabilityevidenceframework,expandingontheinformationgivenin5.1.WhilstthispartofBS5760doesnotspecificallyaddresssafetycases,thesameprinciplescanbeapplied.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliesto:—hydraulicallypoweredopendieforgingpressesforhotworking;—handlingandcoolingequipmentconnectedwiththecontrolsystemoftheforgingline,e.g.,manipulators,rotatingtypehandlingdevices,dieshiftingdevices,tabledevicesandtoolchangingdevices;—handlingequipmentdesignedspecificallytobeusedwithintheforgingline,e.g.,materialmanipulationdevices,turnoverorhandlingdevicesattachedtoforklifttrucksorcranesetc.Itspecifiesthehealthandsafetyrequirementsatallstagesinthelifeoftheequipment,itsdesign,ordering,construction,useanddisposal.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementstobemetbythemanufacturertoensurethehealthandsafetyofpersonsduringconstruction,transport,commissioning,operation,maintenanceandde-commissioning,aswellasintheeventofforeseeablefaultsasmalfunctionswhichmayoccurintheequipment.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttohydraulicallypoweredhotforgingpresseswhentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcover:—hydraulicallycontrolledcloseddieforgingpressesforhotworking;—mechanicallypoweredhotforgingpresses;—mobilemanipulatorsasdefinedin3.4.2;—standardtransportandliftingequipmentmodifiedforusewithmaterialmanipulationdevices,turnoverandhandlingdevicessuchasforforklifttrucksandcranes.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachinerywhichwasmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
