【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesalltheinformationnecessarytocarryoutefficientlyandunderdefinedconditionsthedetermination,informationandverificationofairbornenoiseemissionfrompackagingmachinecoveredbyEN415-1.Thismeasurementmethodspecifiesproceduresforthedeterminationofemissionsoundpressurelevelsatworkstation,atotherspecifiedpositionsandthesoundpowerlevelonthebasisofboththesoundpressurelevelmethodandthesoundintensitymethod.Italsospecifiesinstallationandoperatingconditions.ThisstandardappliestomachinescoveredbyEN415-1aswellasforanyotherpackagingmachinewhicharenotcoveredbyanyotherspecificnoisetestcodeaswellasformachinesbeingpartofpackagingline.Insuchcases,allinformationrelatingtotheassembly,installationandtotheoperatingconditionsaswellasthearrangementoftheworkstationshallberecordedandreportedinthetestreport.Noiseemissioncharacteristicsincludethefollowingdata:?emissionsoundpressurelevelatworkstationandatotherspecifiedpositions;?soundpoweremittedbymachine.Bothcanbeused:?todeterminethenoiseemittedbymachine;?toinformonthenoiseemittedbythemachine;?toverifythenoiseemittedbythemachine.Noiseemissionvaluespermitcomparisonofpackagingmachinesonthemarket.Theuseofthisstandardensuresthereproducibilityofthedeterminationofthecharacteristicnoiseemissionsvalueswithinspecificlimitswhichwillbedeterminedbythegradeofaccuracyofthenoiseemissionmeasuringmethodused.
