【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesgeneralcriteriatodemonstratebytestingthatnewlyconstructedcompleterailwayvehiclesconformwithstandardsorothernormativedocuments.Thisstandard,asawholeorinpart,appliestoallrailwayvehiclesexceptspecialpurposevehiclessuchastrack-layingmachines,ballastcleanersandpersonnelcarriers.Theextentofapplicationofthestandardforparticularvehicleswillbespecificallymentionedinthecontract.NOTE1Thepartsofthestandardwhichareapplicablewilldependonthetypeofvehicle(e.g.passenger,freight,poweredtrailer,etc.).NOTE2:Thescopeofthisstandardexcludesrailboundandroad/railvehiclesforconstructionandmaintenanceofrailwayinfrastructure.NOTE3Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithtestscarriedoutoncomponentsorequipmentbeforefittingtothevehicle.Insofarasthisstandardisapplicableitmaybeusedforthefollowing:–generatorsetsmountedonavehicleprovidedforauxiliarypurposes;–theelectricaltransmissionusedontrolleybusesorsimilarvehicles;–controlandauxiliaryequipmentofvehicleswithnon-electricalpropulsionsystems;–vehiclesguided,supportedorelectricallypropelledbysystemswhichdonotusetheadhesionbetweenwheelandrail.
