【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofequipmentforashhandlingassociatedwithcoal-firedsteamgeneratingplantforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecoversmechanicalconveyingsystemswhichhandletheashmechanically.Amongthoseare,forexample:—submergedscraperconveyor;—ram-typeslagextractor;—beltconveyor,—drag-linkconveyor;—vibratoryconveyor;—screwconveyor;—apronconveyor;—bucketelevator;—skiphoist;—vehicles.Hydraulicconveyingsystemsusewaterasconveyingmedium.Theseinclude,forexample:—water-filledashhopper;—dryashhopper;—sluiceway;—slurrypumpwithpipeline;—ejectorwithpipeline.Generallyacombinationoftheabovesystemsisemployed.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:—theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystemssuchastheboilerandgastreatmentplant;—predictedperformanceisachieved;—ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized;—reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved;—properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontract,whichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover.—anycommercial,contractualorlegalissues,whicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry,—anyallocationofresponsibilities,whicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTEAsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
