【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofanenamelledroundcopperwindingwireofclass220withasolecoatingbasedonpolyamide-imideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Class220isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof220andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast240oC.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardisasfollows:–Grade1:0,071mmuptoandincluding1,600mm;–Grade2:0,071mmuptoandincluding1,600mm.ThenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinClause4ofIEC60317-0-1.
