【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversthedeterminationofimpurities,stabilizersandassayofhalogenatedorganicsolventsandtheiradmixturesbygaschromatography.1.2Itisnottheintentofthispracticetoprovideaspecificmethodofgaschromatography.Theintentofthispracticeistodefinewhatisrequiredforausertodemonstratethatamethodtobeusedisvalid.Thereasonforthisapproach,asopposedtostatingamethod,isthatgaschromatographyissuchadynamicfieldthatmethodsareoftenobsoletebythetimetheyarevalidated.Theuseofthispracticeallowstheusertousemosteffectivetechnologyanddemonstratethatthemethodinusecomplieswithastandardpracticeandisvalidfortheanalysisofhalogenatedorganicsolventsandtheiradmixtures.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
