【摘要】:1.1.1ThisPublishedDocumentspecifiesrequirementsforthedesign,construction,inspection,testingandverificationofcomplianceofnewunfiredfusionweldedpressurevessels.ThematerialsofconstructionarespecifiedinSection2.Theterm“pressurevessel”asusedinthisspecificationincludesbranchesuptothepointofconnectiontotheconnectingpipingbybolting,screwingorwelding,andsupports,bracketsorotherattachmentsdirectlyweldedtothepressurecontainingshell.Theterm“unfired”excludesvesselsthataresubjecttodirectgeneratedheatorflameimpingementfromafiredprocess.Itdoesnotexcludevesselssubjecttoelectricalheatingorheatedprocessstreams.1.1.2Inadditiontothedefinitiverequirementsthisspecificationalsorequirestheitemsdetailedin1.5tobedocumented.Forcompliancewiththisspecification,boththedefinitiverequirementsandthedocumenteditemshavetobesatisfied.1.1.3ThisspecificationappliesonlytopressurevesselsmanufacturedunderthesurveyofacompetentengineeringInspectingAuthorityorOrganization.ThecompetentengineeringInspectionAuthorityorOrganizationshalleitherbe:a)anotifiedbodyappointedbyamemberstateoftheEuropeanUnionforthePressureEquipmentDirective97/23/ECfortherangeofactivitiescoveredbythisspecification;orNOTEWithintheUKtheUnitedKingdomAccreditationService(UKAS)actsonbehalfoftheregulatingauthorityinaccreditinginspectionbodies.b)accreditedtoBSEN45004,toTypeAindependencecriteria,forinspectioninthesubjectmatterofthisspecification;orc)accreditedbyanorganizationauthorizedbythelocalRegulatoryAuthorityincountriesoutsidetheEUandincircumstanceswherethePressureEquipmentDirective97/23/ECdoesnotapply.Theintentofthisrequirementisregardedassatisfiedwhereinspectioniscarriedoutbycompetentpersonnelofaseparateengineeringinspectiondepartmentmaintainedbythepurchaserofthevessel(inwhichcaseTypeBindependencecriteriashallbemet).Aninspectiondepartmentmaintainedbythemanufacturerdoesnotsatisfythisrequirementexcept:a)thatspecificresponsibilitiesmaybedelegatedatthediscretionoftheInspectingAuthorityorOrganization;orb)inthecaseofvesselsforthemanufacturer’sownuseandnotforresale.Thisspecificationappliesonlytovesselsmadebymanufacturer’swhocansatisfytheInspectingAuthorityorOrganizationthattheyarecompetentandsuitablyequippedtofulfiltheappropriaterequirementsofthisspecification.TherequirementsfortestingandinspectingseriallymanufacturedpressurevesselsaregiveninAnnexV.Inallotherrespectstheappropriaterequirementsinthespecificationapply.GlasslinedsteelvesselsrequirespecialdesignconsiderationssubjecttothelimitsimposedbythemethodofconstructionwhichshouldhavetheagreementoftheInspectingAuthority.1.1.4Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverthefollowing.a)Storagetanksdesignedforthestorageofliquidsatnearatmosphericpressures,i.e.wherethepressureadditionaltothatduetothehydrostaticheaddoesnotexceed140mbar1)aboveor6mbarbelowatmosphericpressure.b)Lowpressure,abovegroundstoragetankswhichhaveasingleverticalaxisofrevolutiondesignedforthestorageofliquidsatapressurenotexceeding1.bar1)c)VesselsinwhichthestressescalculatedinaccordancewiththeEquationsgiveninSection3arelessthan10%ofthedesignstresspermittedbySection3.d)Multilayered,autofrettaged,prestressedvesselsorotherspecialdesignsofvesselswhichmaybeappropriateforveryhighpressures.e)Transportvessels,i.e.vesselsusedfortransportofcontentsunderpressure.f)VesselsforspecificapplicationswhicharecoveredbystandardslistedintheBSICata.logue
